Born and raised in Ukraine in a family of academics, I have had personal and professional growth become an integral part of my identity. I have dedicated my life to revolutionizing, transforming, refuting, fighting tradition and status quos – and Les Labs is the sum total of it (to date). I am passionately opinionated and have been quoted in Yahoo!, Inc.com, Les Affaires and Financial Post, among others. I have launched the Montreal edition of a non-profit global competition for full-time student entrepreneurs. I studied programming in the early 90’s; I spoke at a conference on the topic of software development when I was 10 years old; I am a competitive chess player and a strong believer that there is always room in our busy lives to continue learning and growing, both professionally and personally.
What does Les Labs mean to you?
To me, Les Labs is the antidote to complacency. Literacy and fluency in multiple languages has always been a core component of my life, and “speaking digital” is simply today’s way of communicating with the world. I insatiably crave to do more, be more and have more and Les Labs is the place for people who embody the same drive.
